Hey you,

We’d love to invite you to join our upcoming yoga session! It’s designed to help you relax, stretch, and strengthen your body while calming your mind. The class will guide you through a series of asanas that improve flexibility, strength, balance, and focus. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, the practice will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

After the yoga session, we’ll also have a fun and creative bracelet-making activity! Take some time to unwind, get creative, and make your own bracelet to take home with you.

Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle (if needed). No sneakers are required. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early to get changed, settle in, and prepare for the session.

You are also welcome to join us just for the bracelet-making activity, without attending the yoga session. Our partner provides the space free of charge, each guest participating in the bracelet-making activity is required to purchase at least one drink during their visit. This applies to everyone joining the activity.

12:00–13:00 — Yoga
13:00–14:00 — Bracelet making

Please note that if guests do not follow this arrangement and do not purchase a drink, it may affect ESN ability to continue organizing future events in partnership with spaces that provide us with special and favorable conditions.

We kindly ask everyone to respect this agreement, as these partnerships allow us to keep offering accessible and free activities to our community.

See you soon!
